Further fall in US housing sales
Houses still dropping. Buyer waiting despite huge rate cut. These buyers are wiley characters spending their money in their own best interests instead of jumping in asap to prop up the US housing market.

Homes are more affordable by virtue of the fact that their value is dropping sharply.
I can hardly see why that would stimulate people to buy. Why would they spend $200k on something which in a few months maybe worth $190k or less.
It’s like throwing money away.
