Gordon Brown shouldn't blame the US for Britain's credit crisis

It's easy to pin the credit crisis on the US as that's where the first signs of trouble appeared. But the UK's economic troubles are mostly of our own - or make that Gordon Brown's - making.

  • Merryn has been the most consistent, accurate, logical and CORRECT media commentator over the past few years.
    I suggest she replaces Alastair Darling at the soonest possible opportunity.. we need real brains and understanding in charge to steer oil-tanker-UK off the rocks.
