The penny drops ?

End of the housing boom?

The bigger they come, the harder they fall. And in the South of England there certainly are some very big prices in the estate agents windows. So big, many believe, they are going to go down with a bang. At housepricecrash.co.uk they are replaying a video from the 80s comedy show "Spitting Image".

  • I submitted a complaint to the BBC over their coverage of the house price crash in this programme – they refused to cite the principal reason for the current crash – overpriced housing.

In fact I find their coverage from eveything from the Hutton report and Kelly’s death to HIPS highly often misleading, even divisive.

  • More nonsense about “affordable housing”. Are those the ones made of straw?
