I think we’re rapidly coming to the point where this kind of myopic “everything’s fine” rubbish (which Hilary Osbourne has been desperately spouting for some time – new homeowner by any chance Hilary?) is being discredited to the point of looking laughable.
This time next month, only the very brave (those whose careers depend on the continuation of the property boom – Kirtsy Allslopp included) will still be looking to convince the public that the housing markets not going pear shaped.
