House price crash ……. in the Republic
House prices down 3.6% this year
New figures show that house prices fell again last month and are down 3.6% since the start of this year.

It is if you have 5% annual inflation because of being in the eurozone with its excessively low interest rates… looked at from that perspecitve, Ireland’s had closer to the 10% fall needed to define it as an official house price crash.

Saltyslug – that 3.6% nominal. After inflation (c.5% in Ireland) it is most definitely a crash. So nyah.
