Planning rethink will ease new restrictions on loft conversions

Home improvers will be able to build bigger loft conversions without planning permission from next year after a Government U-turn to be announced today.

Great! more ill thought out and damn ugly architecture for everyone to look at and enjoy. Sounds like yet another crazy idea to stop people putting property on the market in an attempt to disguise the HPC. U turn on capital gains hotly awaited.
