    At last someone acknowledging that the risk of a crash is significantly higher than everyone wants to say.

    The deceptive statistic of the day is:

    “London-based research group Hometrack Ltd. said U.K. house prices were unchanged for a second month in September, with London and the southeast of England the only regions to post gains.”

    So London and SE posted gains (of the lowest possible magnitude of 0.1%), and everywhere else was *no change whatsoever*. Hmmmm.
