Note that the actual traffic on the site is up by 4%. The site is lagging in terms of ranking so relative other sites it is loosing out but increasing in absolute numbers.

Interesting. Checked it out for home.co.uk too – they have also halved in traffic in the last year.
Whilst on Rightmove I checked out the numbers of flats for rent in Leeds (renowned for its over building). It took me a while to get there but was staggered to find 162 pages of properties (1615 properties) currently for rent!
