Charming parts of Essex still on the rise. I wouldn't buy here four years ago on grounds of 'how much?', 'for THAT!?'. But more fool me. Its amazing what people will buy

I went there on holiday once. I don’t remember it being that bad, except that the people didn’t seem very friendly – but then, perhaps they didn’t like Scottish teenagers! 🙂
