London house prices falling

With even London prices falling, could this be the end of the homes boom?

Hold tight...the rollercoaster has hit the top of the ramp and we are looking down into the dip.

  • I would expect actual sale prices to have to fall for a few months before the general public really catch on to the problems at hand, start panicking, and so start dropping their initial asking prices. Therefore, much as this seems like good news, my suspicion is that this has come a bit soon and so could just be a blip.

I do think things have already turned the corner, however, so perhaps I’m wrong and the reversal has already gone further than I realised. Happy to be wrong on this prediction, therefore! 🙂
