Flat prices 'now trailing houses'
50% of all current new build is made up of flats and while house prices are still rising the market value of flats is falling. Flat Buyers Beware!

Serious oversupply of flats in York, and new developments are popping up everywhere. Still doesn’t stop people asking for crazy money for dumps like this.
