Domino effect on US economy from house market fall

Excellent article on how House market will effect the overall economy

This is an excellent article on how the US house market will bring about the downfall of US economy. Similar will happen in UK soon. Already areas outside london have had 0 price growth. Will be couple of months when London will be in a similar downturn

Those of you who contribute to this site who wish for a recession are naive to the point of outright stupidity. If you think that the economy collapsing will mean that you can get even with those who have more than you do, you are wrong; in a capilaist society, those with padding i.e. wealth will be able to weather the storm while those with nothing will suffer a great deal. If you are so bitter an twisted about having missed out on the housing market, why don’t you direct your energies towards looking for the next opportunity?
By the way, supply in the London housing market seems to be increasing at a dramatic rate and properties are not going under offer. This is a complete turnaround from Jan and Feb this year. Also, when the Land Registry figures are published for March and April, which reports deals done in Jan & Feb, you can bet that the headlines will say HPI 20%!!!! Which by that time will be complete nonsense.
