York Minster to sell assets
YORK Minster is planning to sell a number of properties in the city - but the money raised won't help the cathedral's £23 million restoration appeal. The proceeds will be invested in other assets to bring a better return on investments, said a spokeswoman.

That’s pretty astute. Keep the portfolio in good shape to fund the minster.
It’s interesting they feel property isn’t a good return on investment. I wonder who is advising them?
Perhaps they would also be willing to impart this advice to BTL landlords?
Is “in the next 12 months” soon enough?
