YouGov poll – one in three expect HPC within 2 years.
Huge loss of faith in housing market, poll shows
A poll by YouGov shows many are expecting a house price crash within the next 1 or 2 years. Many are therefore putting off buying as a result. One factor making people less confident in the housing market is apparently the recent rate rises.

Well duh. Most respectable economists believe the markets massively overvalued, and therefore due for a correction.

Worrying though aint it? Doesnt crash come when last bear turns to bull? So when is that going to be if one in 3 are now bears (huge increase on recent years).

Or, to put a different spin on it —- Confidence in the property market remains high as 66% of those polled think prices will carry on rocketing over the next 2 years.
