BBC: Views on high house prices sought

The government is calling for views on how to tackle the growing cost of housing in Northern Ireland.

How about you go back in time and read this site about 4 years ago, make some legislative changes for the better whilst you still could and write a letter of congratulations to your future selves for not allowing your political careers to ride on the crest of a wave of spin and debt.

Dont forget to include the lines, "We are so pleased we can now sit here too and say 'told you so' too"... and "thank goodness we didnt leave it till late 2006 when absolutely sweet FA could be done except to sit and wait for the rainy days."

Yes, where do you send the comments? I have a few (serious) suggestions.

NI house prices are a joke and cannot stay that high. Pure fear is driving FTBs here at the mo.
