How can we ever thank you BBC? If it wasn't for your balanced reporting I don't know where we'd all be! There is just one spanner in the ointment if I may mix my metaphors for a moment. Just the small matter of the collapsing US market despite equal unprecedented growth there too.

So, house prices have been booming for the last decade. Didn`t Gordon tell us "no more boom and bust"? Well, what a clever chancellor he must be, because it`s been all boom ! Maybe we won`t get a bust after the boom, just a KABOOM !!!!
