The housing market will go into decline, this is for certain,nobody knows when this will happen or how long it will last, the housing market will surely surge to new highs in the next boom, after the decline, by 2050 much of the UK Citys will resemble Hong Kong, as new buildings, along with advances in technology will speed up the building process ever faster, land here will become ever more expensive, air travel will become more secure than ever, new housing of the year 2006 will seem ancient in 2050.
