House prices falling

Daily Mail: House prices slip back 3,400

THE property mini-boom in the South of England, which has driven up prices across the country, is running out of steam, according to one of the most optimistic house price surveys.
The interest rate rise, higher bills and the August lull have contributed to a drop in asking prices
