This actually conflicts witht the Haart thread below which stated that prices dropped in excess of 1% in June. What would be interesting is to take the land registry figures and see which survey with the benefit of hindsight was the most accurate. However much I would like to believe the recent Halifax figures I doubt whether Halifax would be the winners
