Business failures up sharply
Experian witnesses business failures increase by 2% in the last quarter
Business failures in the UK rose to 4,720 (2.0 per cent) in the second quarter of 2006 compared to the same period in 2005, bringing the total for the year so far to 9,538 - 8.9 per cent more than in the first half of last year, according to the latest figures from Experian

Not sure I beleive this report. After all, according to Crash Gordon, we’ve never had it so good.
Maybe he should decide who heads up Experian, because they currently seem a little negative. Or maybe he could do something else to massage their figures.
