Venezuala considers selling oil in Euros
Another one for those of us following petro-dollar developments - Hugo Chavez may be considering following Iran, and selling Venezuelan oil in Euros. What implications might this have for the $US?

Oooooh Yes. This is one step towards making the Euro the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reserve_currency Reserve Currency]. We just need a few more OPEC countries to do this and Europe will see a financial renaissance (then the UK will join).
