BXLONDONMAN Posted December 2, 2008 Share Posted December 2, 2008 (edited) how do the people feel, should we get our own uk style chapter 11 ? is chapter 11 a good tool for companies to use to stay afloat..? any expert's out there pls let us now just out of interst..if it could be better then what we have now.
