Ofcourse the govt know about and sanctioned this! this mp must have got his hands on some potentially explosive info and gordo snapped...the press person he leaked it to probably sh1t a brick at the ramifications and leaked the leak back to the govt. Hope this mp does not like walks in the woods.

I absolutely do not wish a suicide bomber would get close enough to gordo to blow him to bit's as it would only make him a f*ckin martyr.

Basically you've been spun by Sky & the Torygraph into thinking its about the subject matter of the leaks. Hint to avoid it happening again - think which side media are on and what they might want you to think. Then think for yourself.

I have always taken the view that no journo puts pen to paper without some sort of agenda. The key is to spot the bias, spot the intentional omissions and spot the mis-quotes. The paper they write for gives a decent clue. Then you have to account for the errors of fact. I have never seen an article about something that I have good knowledge of that did not contain at least one fairly important mistake.

Always remember that there are many things that you think you know that in actual fact are only things that someone else has told you and you chose to believe them.

Someone asked yesterday, with the mumbai attacks what bad news would they bury today. Well it looks like they are burying Damien green.

Any other day this would be all over the news but we shall see,"this week" have just been on about it and they agree the govt must have gave it the nod.

Worrying times folks....

Speaking on BBC One's Question Time, shadow chancellor George Osborne said: "I think it's absolutely extraordinary that the police have taken that decision.

"It has long been the case in our democracy that MPs have received information from civil servants - I think to hide information from the public is wrong.

Good news. Looks like George is going to abolish the Official Secrets Act when the Tories get in. He seems to think that no government info should be hidden from the public. <_<

Campbell/Mandelson?

...if involved they are a threat to democracy as is the Labour party if they are in anyway connected ...it is time we threw this lot of scavengers on society out..!...who voted in Brown anyway .?....who voted in Mandelson..?.....and Campbell......?.....nobody ....who claims the UK is a democracy...? ...whatever we are.. we need to act ....or be accused later in history of selling away our freedom and acting like cowards ..... <_<

Elaborate on "act".

The people have sat passive and even re-elected Labour through three needless wars, ID cards, CCTV everywhere, internet and phone monitoring, Robin Cook, David Kelly, restrictions on the right to protest and 'anti-terror laws' being used for anything from arresting protesting grannies to seizing foreign assets.

Do we know where Brown/Mandelson/Campbell live? Can we find them and remove their bowels? Just a thought...

If it smells like a police state, walks like a police state, talks like a police state...

...agreed we have become passive....'somebody else will fix it'....and it is true extremists will take over when we squander in apathy......the Labour party are showing how extreme they are....ordinary people need to join their chosen parties as is permitted in a democracy and through their parties work towards establishing once again the democratic process....without just freedom solutions to our economic problems will never be found.....ask Hitler ...he had the bunker mentality of restricting everyone's freedom ..and died in a bunker.... <_<

I am scared by reading this blog. I am seriously frightened how brainwashed this country has become.

Of 78 posts, 76 (except for Jadoube and Ah-so) on this blog have just repeated the lines of Rupert's Sky and Torygraph.

How many of you have honestly researched the topic in other languages on AP, AFP, CNN oreven read the original police s tatement?

This blog is the biggest lie I have read in weeks. Do not let your emotions or Rupert run your brains over folks.

Even your basic statements donot stitch together:

Green is released on bail

Police did not inform anyone

It is not about Green but about a civil servant

How many chaps in Metropolitan Police "love" the NLabour as much as you bunch to embarass them

Andso on...

Use your own brain and stop being a copy of skynews.com and pasting into your blogs crappy headlines from TV - cheap, tasteless, useless

Margaret Thatcher getting her tits out on YouTube passed you by then.

This is just a storm in a tea cup being whipped up by the usual Daily Mail crowd.

Well when you have your I.d. card, R.F.I.D. chip in your neck, a satellite tracker in your car and you can't go for a sh1te without someone logging how long it took,it's pungency, texture, volume, weight, how many sheets used to wipe and how much water to flush.....remember it's just a storm in a tea cup.

If you arrest an MP for talking you're a NAZI.Full stop.

A Link to Iain Dale's Diary - Please Read: We don't want to slump into totalitarianism. This is even more important than house prices.
