Repossesions Galore

I spoke to a guy today who clears & changes locks on repo houses, after a quick chat he told me that he is doing approx 25 a day :unsure: , and the same in Swansea

I'm afraid your mate is talking bollxxcks!! I know the repo agent who deals with Swansea, I also watch all the 7 day notices and subscribe to a site that monitors repossessions. The current rate of repos in Swansea is approx 3 a day!

He was not my mate, I was helping someone move their stuff out when I had a chat with this guy. Dont know why he would have any reason to tell me lies. What website are you subscibed?

Well Ace,

Use your common sense,

on a 5 day week at 25 a day that = 125 a week. and multiply that by 52 weeks on the year that becomes 6500 properties repossessed a year.

All the estate agents in the whole of Swansea would have a hard job selling 6500 properties a year.
