What Happened To The Bulls?

Recommended Posts

The thing is, I just don't understand how anyone, other than estate agents, or people heavily exposed to buy to let, can be at all bullish at this stage in the housing cycle.

Wicked child! Don't you understand that this is merely a temporary blip in the rate of increase of house prices rises?

Now that my puppet government is safely reinstalled we can get back to the business of making everyone multi-trillionaires. Those who have deinvested will become lapdogs to the nation's house owning elite.

Where is this Monkey... all that he is cooking now is his own fear.

You'll be throwing your dummy out of the pram next, you wicked little girl. Have you ever considered therapy or am I missing something here.

One has considered therapy however in my wisdom I have deigned it too cruel and unusual a punishment for property market insurgents. Instead I shall use my property ramping super powers to crush you all.

I guess it's therapy then! :D

Hello.

Im happy  to admit the bears have probably won the argument. But there is still a lot of confusion from my stand point. For example; I know 1 property I bought has dropped c15% (brand new penthouse), however 1 bed older flats round here have not dropped a snitch.

I havent the stomach for B2L anymore and am prepared to sell this last property at a loss. But, am I unusual? Will others with a lot more bottle than me hang on in there thus helping to limit supply?

Greenhorn <_<

Dogbox, what happened?
