I've always said 70% and have been highly ridiculed... but I hope to hell that prices come down to ..... dare I say..... £75k average for a detached house..? *hides* I think that *might* be pushing it, but I hope not. Nothing in the auction is in Ashford that would match their portfolio, but this house is only just down the road in Maidstone. By the looks of it, a 2-up 2-down period property (I appreciate that the Wilsons tend to concentrate on new build, so we are not comparing like for like.
