60% Price Drop In Nottingham

Nottingham auction results showed some very interesting falls in reference to flats. Flats located on Maids Marion Way which is TOWN CENTRE. These used to go for 150k,

44K Loss

The last 2 flats sold for over 150K according to houseprices.co.uk

So in comparitive terms these are as much as 60% Falls.
