Nothing Comes As News Anymore

Have been reading/posting on here, albeit in a rather laymans way for a few months now.

But really, NOTHING that emanates from the UK media strikes me as at all surprising re HPC and its related tremors.

It all seems like 3 week old news when you see that camp finance fella on News 24 mincing about in the morning.........................................................................

Last year people were happy with one news item in the papers about possible house prices and laughing at the levels of credit NR were giving people.

N

ow house prices falling by only 20% is seen as bullish, the FT called it bear crack, you need a stronger hit every day.

It would take Freddie and Fannie running out real captial to get me excited :(
