100k Reduction In Just Over A Month

Not bad waiting for a month - 100K reduction. I am renting about a 5 minute walk from here. Personally, I would not give more than 250K for a top house in this area though.

Why does the house have railings about 6' in front of the front door and main windows? Is the grassed area a public park?
