With such huge losses already appearing on the radar we are truly in for the mother of all crashes. And there I was thinking we would see 50-60% down by the time this monster hits bottom...silly me.... :P

Hmm, that implies that you think every house in Britain will be repossessed, put in auction 50% less than what it last sold for and then sell for the starting price.

I would bet against you on that eventuality.

In fainess, the auction is stateing the starting price. It will be interesting to see what they fetch. More likely wont reach reserves.
