Nothing To See Here ...

Recommended Posts

There are tonnes of new build flats being completed in Wolverhampton at the moment, a glut you could say. Check this from exactly 12 months ago:

I can't help but laugh, he's ironically named because he might never make his money back

I don't feel guilty gloating though, he seems to revel in the fact that he is denying nurses the ability to get on the housing ladder whilst screwing them for all he can get. Tough luck, pal.

I assume that it`s the sales executive "Linda", standing next to the "lucky" investor. Look at the smile on her face, does she know something that he doesn`t ?

Is there any way to check/assess how things are going for good old Never?

Wonder what his current yield is, if he has any?

No idea what he paid for three off-plan flats but as you can probably guess, the asking prices have dropped £15k recently and now they're offering 5% deposit paid on top of that.

My heart bleeds ...

"Wolverhampton itself is one of the UK's exciting new Millennium cities and is a thriving cosmopolitan community with a vibrant mix of shopping, art, theatre, commerce, leisure and nightlife in both the city centre and surrounding areas."
