Thunder

Recommended Posts

Couple of days ago, leaning on the fence in sultry weather chatting with neighbour, I heard a rumble,

"Was that thunder?" I said,

"No" he replied,

"Just some local house prices crashing"

Is this a crash type thingy?

Newcastle The Bar NE1 - 1 Bed 'Luxury' (ie laminate flooring) apartment sold at auction on Tuesday for £83,000.

Hope the local EA's don't tell their clients who are trying to flog same pads for circa £150,000.

Sounds like an excercise in hope over reality.

Sounds like a sensible offer for one of the other apartments would be £100K.

You wouldn`t want to pay £67K over the odds, would you ? ;)
