Wth - Ea / Btl Landlord Gone Loopy

Recommended Posts

House in Pembrokeshire on market 3 months ago - sale agreed sign up - would not accept viewings - now it's on the market again at a massively reduced price. Has a BTL landlord gottend confused???? Is this some kinda 'reverse' flipping? The EA told me it had sold!!!

Probably sold subject to contract, but the buyer couldn't get the finance to buy so the sale fell through.
