I enjoyed Kate Bush

Yes so did I ! As a matter of interest I saw the ONLY concert she EVER did in 1978 or 79 !

She was brilliant! Can't believe she has never toured again !

Anyway, he's discussing weather now so 'our' bit should be on after that at 1pm.

Don't know how you lot can listen to that idiot. Two hours of Jeremy Whine, a sure fire way to raise the blood pressure to deadly heights.

Actually JEREMY VINE is usually very 'bearish'. Can't see your problem :(

He used to be a serious journo, but nowdays is little better than James Whale or Jeremy Kyle.

He used to be a Times man, now he's the Daily Star incarnate.

I'll give it 1 minute in before 'dead money' is mentioned... <_<

I hope so.

I don't want more people competing to rent the place I am renting. :)

Oh my God their EXPERT just said

"There were about 1 hundred thousand properties 'completed' in JUNE of last year.

This JUNE only 17,000 Completed "

Blimey even I didn't realise things were that 'bad' !

Well I must be brain dead then, cos I love RADIO 2, only station I can bear to listen to regularly!

I have tried listening to other 'magazine' type radio shows and all they do is shout and have annoying ads playing!

Blimey, the 'expert' and ex-EA is painting a pretty dire picture of the property market !

Love or hate RADIO 2 you must remember that it is the most listened to radio show in the country.

In my office as you walk around most people doing 'back-office' type work have it on, so LOADS of people will hear this . All adds fuel to the fire. ;)

May I suggest a little spin to your reported figures?:

June 2007 1050,000 house sale completions

June 2008 1,768 house sale completions

There, that's better

The whole tone of the piece appears to be a DIY guide about how to rent your house out. So basically, how to add to the rental housing stock, & drive rents down.

Happy days.. :P
