What is the average UK house price - about 200K?

20% 200K is 40K which is an awful lot of money for most of the UK population, especially those of us who are not TV celebs earning big bucks on the telly. 40K can and does bankrupt a lot of people.

Beeny concludes: 'Don't avoid selling now as you can get a good deal; there isn't a crash. However, give-it-a-go property developers probably shouldn't start now.

I can't really see much difference between this PR release from Beeny and the darker haired lady and her "W" for "R" sidekick. They are both rampers, so I assume that is your point?
