Don't you just hate people who start eating stuff before they get to the checkout. Those pensioners really ought to know better.

Still, all that salmon these pensioners eat will be good for their Omega-3 levels.

Just looked up filching on google and the first link was this page:

Presuambly that's the trouble with urban dictionaries. The street-wise can't spell that well.

You might as well. All the Omega3 is destroyed by the canning process.*

You'd be better with tinned salmon, where it survives.*

*According to the tin-hat crazy I rent my shed to.
