Rental Market Trends

Recommended Posts

Hello,

my landlord is asking for a raise, and I have the impression that it goes against the market trend.

Do you know how can I quantify my impression? There is plenty of information about the housing market, but renting's is more scarce. What are the rental market trends around my area, in W12, London?

Thanks!

What range are you in? How many bedrooms? In London we seem to be seeing different things in different areas and at different ranges.

I live in a Central London development of flats and availability is high, prices are slowing come down but slowly.

Hi Flopsy, thanks for your reply.

I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat around £200-250. I've been googling for a while, but I couldn't find any comprehensive graph showing trends in London nor any recent reliable source...
