Interesting numbers.

The expensive property obviously struggled to sell. Assuming the sold prior went for guide and averaging the guide prices that were quoted as ranges the figures look at lot worse.

About £16.1m of notional value up for sale, proceeds - £4.8m. They sold 30% by value.

This for me is where you see something interesting happening. Shaldon is a picturesque place near Teignmouth and is just down the road from my work. Houses tend to be 2nd home fodder. However apart from where I work and a couple of other manufacturers there is very little work. These properties were making way more than £250k a year ago, and I am not surprised that this only made £220k. This is still IMHO way overpriced for a place with very few buses to local amenities and having the pub quite a way from your house does not make this a buy. Still 10% less than estimate, things have started in earnest in the invulnerable SW.
