The Mad House Market

We are told that house prices are about to fall by 30 per cent.

I hope they fall even more.

Too many people - including yours truly - have too long regarded an Englishman's home as his nest-egg.

House prices in this country are insane.

Here's the article in its entirety.

House prices in this country are insane. The more they fall, the better chance young couples have of getting on the property ladder. I don't know how any manage it at the moment. Don't the working class youngsters of today deserve to own their own home? Ultimately, falling houses prices are good news for everyone apart from the hair gel brigade - estate agents.

Excluding the title, that's a total of 103 words. I wonder how much he got paid for that?

Edit: I see that he managed 376 words on Sienna Miller's private parts digitally enhanced for film Hippie Hippie Shake a couple of days ago, so at least he's doing something to earn his money.

Oh my god :o Pubic hair is coming back into fashion. No more pre-pubescent fanny styling  Have to agree with Hank Moody (David Duchovny) in Californication on this one.

Ah! I'm reminded of the hemline indicator: women's skirts are supposedly short during economic booms and long during recessions. This might explain why.

If you see a woman with a skirt down to her ankles, steer well clear.
