South Coast - Mid-range Priced 2 Bed Flat, Unlet 3 Months

Recommended Posts

South Coast, mediocre flat with 2 beds, fair area, mid-price.

Landlord has not had a tenant in for just under 3 months.

"No offers." And it's not been reduced as far as I can remember.

Very decent, respectful agent (for a change).

Flat rent is well above what would be value, right next to a major source of noise and inconvenience, oven has not been cleaned in years, not even a washing machine. Only good thing is an ensuite but shower's knackered.

Another viewer arrived as I left, unless he was from an extras agency.

If really desperate I'd offer 15% off on a take it or leave it, it's the runt of the block for sure, the other wings of the block would perhaps just about be worth it if well presented.
