BoomBoom
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-174...=7&tr_t=buy Clearly the valuation is yet to come in line with market reality. When it does the price will be a pint of bitter in the local boozer, a pack of fags, and all the loose change in your pocket.

I love the retro allotment style rear garden, complete with corrugated iron and cracked paving stones. Bloody madness.

And the expert floral arangements.... Oh, yippeeee!

scuuzeme
What's with all the square footage??? That's easy to explain, the size of the place increased at the same rate as it's value, leading to a quadrupling of both in only 5 years as the asking price inflation leapt to another previously unknown dimension of exponential expansion. Converted Lurker
this one 'house' really is the poster child for the mania we've experienced over the past few years. On so many levels it epitomises what's so wrong. Good find. Speechless...

sign_of_the_times
What a shit hole Its in Wandsworth, so it must belong to TTRTR, who's now decided to get out at the top of the market........
Country solicitor
"Wandsworth, England" Clearly aimed at the International market -what more could your average City financier or Russian oligarch want! That staircase alone justifies the price-I'm surprised they have only included one shot of it. Note the "report a mistake" link-how about it being £300k overpriced. Ted
"Up north" where I type from, £350,000 would get you a stunning property, at current overvalued prices. Mind blowing.
