Featherstone Leigh - West Ken?

But Kensington is immune to all the hpc nonsense, surely

:ph34r::ph34r::ph34r:

Great news. If it can hit one of the most expensive parts of the UK, they are all fooked!

Anyone tell 'THE SUN', they'll love it

West Kensington isn't in Kensington & Chelsea, it's in Hammersmith & Fulham! Any damn fool knows that, renterbob!

Quite. But even if prices are falling in some parts of K&C like North Kensington they will never fall in South Ken! OK some might drop a little but not on Gloucester Road! Well, not a well-positioned property on Gloucester Road anyway - just a one minute walk from Waitrose... :blink:

Oh that's such a relief. It's obviously a charitable act on his part to help some less fortunate people to live here. :)

House moving is down by about 40,000 properties a month on average - so that's half a million per year - on a conservatiebv estimate of £2000 ea fees per transaction then that's a billion pounds of income lost by eas per year.

That could easily equal 50,000 eas losing their jobs
