After HPC, welcome to SPC (shop price crash) and OPC (office price crash).

The three month rent payable in advance for retail property will soon be a thing of the past when the recession really gets kicking.

Like residential housing with its city flats, the retail property has plenty of lambs ready for slaughter (the newly opened Liverpool city centre shopping centre will probably be one of the hardest hit - talking about mis-timing !!)
