This Can't Be True

Recommended Posts

Does anyone recall a 1978 drama series with Edward Woodward starring as a crusading reporter fighting the machinations of a government ministry called the Public Control Department. The series was called "1990".

About time for a repeat or a remake, I think.

I wonder how long before the govt will try to tax us for having sex?

Then the govt could have a target to get rid of sex poverty as poor people wouldn't be able to have sex as frequently as rich people.

the government can break into your home for the above.

It's not true I don't think:

The relevant bit being:

enter any premises, other than premises used only as a dwelling, and inspect any appliance;

That's not to say that ZaNuLabour hasn't created hundreds of other new excuses to break down your door in the middle of the night, but this doesn't seem to be one of them.
