Price Surprises As Property Numbers Tumble

As concern deepens about the property market here we take a snapshot look at what’s happened across eight counties covering the length and breadth of Wales. While some have seen falls in house prices, they’ve risen in others. But for those trying to sell their homes, the picture on the volume of sales is one of universal gloom – in every county we examined Land Registry figures show the figures have dropped.
