Treasury Tackles Government Borrowing Problems

Its quite possible that we don't understand the genious behind this strategy. Alistair Darling and Gordon Brown may well have access to an intelligence that is far beyond us.

As things pan out and the economy bursts back into life we will look back in AWE at how they did it.
