Return To The Good On Old Days

Know of a very rich asian bloke in Nottngham, he just bought 16 properties at the auction. Not really a friend of mine, more a friend of a friend of a friend's next door neighbours cousins wifes aunties neighbour, don't really roll in them circles. Yields must be good over there.

The last time I saw a good yield in Derby was this one:

I think he is probably referring to the fact that the sale price is £275,000 whilst the Total Current Rent Reserved is £199,680.

There is therefore an annual yield of 72%...
