*vendors Incentive If Sale Price Achieved 5% Towards Your Deposit Will Be Paid By The Vendor!*

Recommended Posts

Shouldn't this simply read:

Strange choice of words, they way I read "if sale price achieved" then whatever it sells for you get the 5%. If they say "if asking price" then thats different but sale price is the price it sells for be that £275,000 or £60.

I think its 5% towards the deposit, so it wont inflate the figures. But its great to see these desperation sales!! Looks like flipping properties isnt all its made out to be by the property programs.

Also, isn't Walthamstow the stabbing hot spot of London.

gimmick. if you offer full askng price 275k then you get 5 % off. they'll just reduce the purchase price by 13 grand. So buy at 262 and still get mugged another 7 grand for stamp duty.

Mugged ......and then mugged again
