Well, you can't accuse them of hiding the rate somewhere in the small print at least.

It does say quite alot that they have no obviously shame about publishing their rate in such large print.

Surely confirmation (if it was ever needed) that there are plenty of complete ignorant morons about who have no idea what they are getting into.

these are the rates you will pay if you have no other means of credit, nor savings.

hence - the shape of loans to come.

Ignorant or desperate, or a combination of both most likely. Seems like most people would be better off joining a credit union than use people like Provident or Cattles.
