Can't be bothered doing the number crunching. But a lot seem to be investment properties, don't they? :unsure:

And with so many BTLrs using OO mortgages so a certainty that some of the others will be BTL too ... :blink:

True but some vacant possessions which have sold in the last five years or so that the last sold price can be checked which is what we need.

This is close to me, if it fails to make 500k it'll be a real shocker. :lol:

I reckon that between 50 and 75% of properties will sell. Allsops seem pretty good at setting sensible prices. We'll see when the restults are published tomorrow(?).
